Bring Bankers Who Commit Fraud To Court – Petition From Nigel Henderson

SME Alliance Logo four

Nigel Henderson, one of the founder members of SME Alliance and someone who has been fighting hard to get justice from his bank for many years, has started a petition on the 38degrees site:

Nigel’s petition is very succinct and very logical:

Raise questions in the Scottish Parliament and Westminster, and lobby the Lord Advocate in Scotland and Director of Public Prosecutions for England, Wales & Northern Ireland to ensure that criminal bankers are prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Why is this important?

I know of dozens of people whose companies have been ruined, bringing untold misery and in some instances led to suicide, as a direct consequence of what can only be termed as blatant fraud by the banks. I have seen evidence of this fraud and speaking personally have received a legal opinion that my wife and I have been defrauded. For too long the banks have got away with this fraud because there is no will by authorities to prosecute. The banks know they can act with impunity so, for the sake of justice and a fair society, where everyone is deemed equal and has to abide by the laws of the land, banks and bankers have to be prosecuted, otherwise chaos will ensue as it will be deemed that one section of society is above the law.

If you feel some banks and some bankers have been given immunity from common law for too long and if you recognise the damage this is doing to our society and you want to help stop it, please sign Nigel’s petition.

Thank you.
